Viktor Serge Kazimir is a super human created my the Russian military years ago to help solve the initial outbreak. The Russian base in which he was held was destroyed suddenly under mysterious circumstance. He vanished for years and has only recently resurfaced. In New York city, USA, he happened upon Alexis Mercer. In a very cryptic way, Viktor vows to protect her with his very life.

He has a bit of an Russian accent and will sometimes revert back into it when he is upset or just not paying attention. All he shows is that he is incredibly swift strong. If he has any other abilities he has not revealed them.

He is quite serious and doesn’t understand jokes very well. He tends to take things a bit literately.
